Are you tired of book marketing that feels forced or impersonal? What if you could build your audience by simply being yourself—by sharing the stories that truly matter?

In this hands-on, heart-opening workshop led by visual storyteller and podcast host Martie McNabb, you’ll explore the meaningful objects in your life—the items that carry memory, emotion, and identity—and uncover the stories they hold. These stories aren’t just personal—they’re powerful tools for connection.

When you share the things that matter, your audience sees who you are, not just what you’ve written. And when you invite others to share their own stories in return? You create real community.

During this story-sharing experience, you'll get to know one another through sharing & listening to the stories of the Things we keep, the Things that matter & the Things we'll leave behind. After the connection building, Martie will show you how this experience can be used as an alternative to a typical book events.
